This place is amazing! Was very empty on the Monday evening , but they were very accommodating and fish was very fresh!

We ate here based on the Google reviews and were absolutely thrilled. The food was incredibly delicious and the homemade lemonades are absolutely delicious. (Unfortunately my camera does not take it all well) The service, who probably also prepared our food, was friendly and courteous and we didn't have to wait long for our food. Would go back in a heartbeat!

There were three of us at Giang's house. He was super friendly and the food was outstanding. It took a few minutes longer, but it was worth the wait. Especially when you consider that he does the service and kitchen completely by himself. He knows his trade. Our new regular restaurant for sushi!

We ate here because we couldn't get a seat in another restaurant, but we had a total appetite for sushi. Since we were in the restaurant at lunchtime, there was a miso soup that tasted very well. The sushi took a while to prepare, but it was really worth it. The rice was very gently seasoned, the fish was super fresh. We will eat here more often.

We were thrilled to get really good food for the low price. Both have ordered the lunch with chicken, that was simply very good and we were still full for hours. Not only the food was really good, the owner is also totally friendly and the atmosphere is very inviting. The owner had just some time, and a little we were able to talk to him, so were also allowed to try the sushi. For me, that was really the day's highlight. I like sushi very much, but in Hannover I have never gotten so good. I'm looking forward to the next time

An insider tip for sushi lovers. If you like sushi you will love ASISU! The sushi is absolutely recommendable and for me one of the best sushi restaurants in Hanover. Clean, tidy, top service and very good quality. What more do you want?!? Oh yes, the warm welcome from Chang (the owner) and a great price / performance ratio of course. Unfortunately much too unknown and a bit hidden. The entrance is to the left of Fielmann. Just down the steps and you are in sushi paradise. Of course, there is also Singha beer and, in addition to the delicious homemade lemonade, other specialties. By the way, a reservation is not (yet) necessary and thus a relaxed and calm atmosphere is offered. I've already enjoyed the sushi there, both privately and on business. Edamame is not (yet) on the menu, but Chang still has it in stock. Just ask! An insider tip. ?

One of the best sushi I've ever eaten. Food is prepared with care and dedication, very good quality and perfect texture. Wakame salad was nicely crunchy, fish butterly smooth, creamy and fresh. Rice was qually great: not overcooked and staying nicely together. All served in an eye pleasing way. In addition, owner is very kind and friendly. This place truely deserves its high rating. Place seems to not be known around with not many customers inside, what may look discouraging, but it's really worth to give it a chance. Definitely a place to return to.

We agree with the good reviews. We were four and share a variety of foods from soup over sushi to plates and dessert. Everything was tasty to delicious and made with care. We are a big fan of the sushi. Personal favorite is the seafood bowl.

You have to find the entrance to the basement, but once you are downstairs, you will be rewarded with a very delicious meal. Very informal, when we were there, hardly anything was going on. At least the quality of the food could not be faulty, we had the sashimi and the grilled tuna. Especially recommended is the mango lassi and the soup.

A bit inconspicuously located, with easily recognizable traces of the previous restaurant, we were treated to incredibly delicious sushi and other Asian specialties. In addition a very friendly owner. There is a deduction, however, for the really long wait. Here should be improved, because then this restaurant is a real insider tip in Hannover!
